Maramisa Class ordained

On December 5, 2009, at the Divine Word Seminary in Tagaytay, 6 members of the Maramisa Class were ordained to the priesthood by Most Rev. Luis Antonio Tagle DD, Bishop of Imus.

They are the following: Benedicto Awitin from Kiblawan, Davao del Sur and assigned to the Central American Region; Ferdinand Bajao from Tagbilaran, Bohol and assigned to the Philippine Central Province; Dante Barril from Batuan, Bohol and assigned to the Philippine Central Province; Severo Biton, Jr. from Lamitan, Basilan and assigned to the Philippine Southern Province; Abraham Borja from Bangued, Abra and assigned to China; Crisostomo Salar from Matin-ao, Surigao del Norte and assigned to Timor Leste.

The seventh member of the class, Michael Namba from Papua New Guinea and also assigned to PNG, was ordained earlier on December 3 in his hometown in PNG.
