Ordination to the Diaconate

5 members of the Xin Ya (new life, in English) were ordained to the diaconate last June 26 2010 by the Most Reverend Broderick Pabillo, auxiliary of Manila, in solemn rites held at the St. Jude National Shrine in Manila.

The new deacons are: Rev. Gary Bacol, Rev. Antonio Gilberto Marqueses, Rev. Joey Ruega, Rev. Manuel Mijares, and Rev. John Wang. Their ordination to the priesthood will be on December 4 2010.
